7.1.2 In the event of a liability claim, the client must inform Expertino in writing within 30 days from the date the damage was discovered.
7.2 Force Majeure
7.2.1 In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, armed conflicts, terrorist acts, riots, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent Expertino from fulfilling its contractual obligations, Expertino will not be liable for the non-fulfillment of those obligations during the event.
7.2.2 Expertino will promptly inform the client about the occurrence of such an event and will take necessary measures to minimize the impact on the provided services.
8. Purchasing Services Online
8.1 Online Sales

8.1.2 Clients are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel the contract or purchase without providing a reason. 13.1.2 In the event of termination initiated by the company, clients will be promptly informed, and any prepaid fees corresponding to unserved periods or due refunds will be processed according to the terms specified in the service agreement.

13.2.1 Clients may decide to terminate the use of Expertino's services at any time by providing written notice in accordance with the terms specified in the service contract.
13.2.2 The client is responsible for all fees or costs incurred up to the effective date of termination. Any refunds for unserved services will be handled according to the conditions listed in the service contract.
13.3 Consequences of Termination
13.3.1 Upon termination, all materials, documents, or other property of Expertino in the possession of the client must be returned to the company in an appropriate condition.

14. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
14.1.2 Clients agree that any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

15.2.2 In the event of an invalid or unenforceable provision, the parties agree to replace the provision with a valid and enforceable one that achieves, to the extent possible, the original purpose and intent of the invalidated provision.
